The swing is secured with hooks that are provided with the swing. Your only job is to make the hole in your ceiling beam. This can be done by yourself with a drill or employ a handyman to do the job for you. You can create extra places in the house by buying extra hooks at your hardware store if you want the ability to move the swing about. It is very easy to move the swing once all the hooks are in place.
