The breast pads are an attachment that can be easily used on or off, they strap on easily with velcro. The neck buddy is for a sore neck which can happen if you are not breastfeeding with the correct support. Heat the wheat pack in the microwave within a minute or oven for 10 mins and it is ready to put on your neck. We all know the benefit of a good wheat pack, this one is the most clever design I have seen though. It is shaped to fit the mould of your back, neck and breasts and is flexible enough for all body shapes.
