Natural Pain Free Birth Book

In her new book aptly titled: “Natural, Pain Free Birth – A Soul’s Journey To Earth”, she reveals how intuition, the long lost connection between mother and baby, is the source of incredible guidance, the answer to no pain!

Mothers around the world all know, or have at least heard of, Mothers Intuition. But what Sonja speaks of is utterly profound! She asserts that you can gain crystal clear guidance, wisdom that will steer you toward the perfect birthing experience, by learning to access this Mothers Intuition at will. She says: “Most people receive intuitive messages from time to time. They know deep inside that they need to listen to these messages. The problem is that they don’t know how to get these messages every time they need them, and most importantly they don’t know where these messages are even coming from!”

She elaborates… “Intuition is the words of your soul. A baby’s soul (and your own) can speak! They communicate with you throughout pregnancy (and life for that matter) with aches, pains, nausea and other symptoms in the body. But all this discomfort can be avoided! By nurturing your intuition toward perceiving the direct messages from the soul, you no longer need to experience them as pain in the body! Some perceive this communication as a voice, whilst others perceive it as feelings, sensations or visual imagery. In her book, Sonja discusses many cures and preventative measures women can take to avoid all the discomfort and pain normally experienced with pregnancy and birthing. She shares her story on the right hand pages, as seen and told through the eyes of her son’s soul entering the body.
