The foundation to all Plato Puzzles jigsaws is the desire to explore the diversity and character of life on earth. Jigsaw puzzles are the metaphor to piecing together the great complicated puzzle that is our world.
My favourite memory of puzzles was at bedtime with my kids. Sometime, the thought of reading a bedtime story drove me mad ( im human!) so we would do a puzzle instead and I found that they loved me engaging with them in this way and it settled them just as well as a book. These big pieces are easy for kids from 2 - 4yrs to fall in love with. Easy to do, and a lovely story can be created from them if you wish.
About the Artist Who Created these Puzzles
Animals of Australia Plato Puzzles brings to jigsaw puzzles the works of the young Sydney artist, Sophie Noble. Sophie is a graduate of the Sydney College of the Arts, and has since come to specialise in fashion illustration. Over a number of years, Sophie has illustrated for Vogue Australia and Cosmopolitan magazines, as well as a large array of specialist fashion publications. Sophie currently runs her own design company in Sydney. All of Sophie's illustrations were painted specifically for Plato Puzzles.
