Floradix Herbal Iron Supplement 250ml

Floradix and Floravit (yeast free) are herbal iron supplements that are easy for your body to digest. If your current Iron supplement is making you constipated, try this one instead, you will be happy and relieved!

The absorption rate of Floradix and Floravit (liquid iron gluconate) is 25% compared to solid iron tablets that have an absorption rate of 2 to 10%. Floradix and Floravit provide maximum absorption by using the most highly absorbable form of iron, iron gluconate. They also contains B vitamins and vitamin C to enhance absorption, herbal extracts to increase digestion, and fruit juices to ensure proper stomach acidity. A twenty milligram dose of Floradix or Floravit satisfies the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of fifteen milligrams of iron for women of child-bearing age.

Iron is essential for hemoglobin formation and for the effective circulation of oxygen throughout the body. Without adequate levels of iron in the blood, one will be left feeling lethargic and tired. Women are more likely to suffer from anemia and low blood-iron because menstruation, pregnancy and breastfeeding tax their iron stores. Vegetarians are at higher risk of developing iron deficiency and so are those who eat little red meat.

Directions for use:
Shake bottle well before use!
Children between 1 to 5 years of age - 1 level metric teaspoonful (5ml) daily
Children between 6 to 12 years of age - 1 level metric teaspoonful (5ml) 2-3 times daily, preferably before meals.
Adults and children 13 years and older - 2 level metric teaspoonfuls or 10ml (measuring cap) 2 times daily about 30 minutes before morning and/or evening meals.
