Pregnancy Body Melt

This specifically designed pregnancy body melt moisturiser has been enriched with wheatgerm and other oil blends to assist with the prevention of stretch marks. The body melt is ideal to rub over your thighs, hips, belly and breasts as well as your legs and arms for a total moisturising effect. The combination of rich moisturising emollients helps to keep your skin soft and supple as it grows and stretches with the growth of your baby within.
Directions: Rub the body melt where desired. As you rub the melt it will soften up and soothe and nurture your skin, leaving a wonderful aroma on your body. Ideal to rub onto your skin after having a shower or bath when your skin is slightly warm.

Labour Massage Oil

Created with essential oils to assist with lower back massage during labour or to put into your labour/birthing tub water, this magical blend is a delight to use as it leaves the skin soft and supple. The aroma of lavender, rose, geranium and patchouli helps to calm the mind inviting a state of peace and relaxation during labour. The remaining oil can be used any where on your body after the birth of your baby.
Directions: Pour a small amount of the oil into the palm of your hand and rub your hands together, slightly warming the oil. Rub onto your skin where needed. For the bath add 5-10 drops of oil into the water.

Post Labour Healing Tinture

A soothing healing spray with antiseptic properties that assists healing and recovery from perineum tears, episiotomy, caesarean wounds and haemorrhoids. This blend of natura herbs, tea tree, calendula and witch hazel have been known throughout the ages to contain specific properties that assist in the healing of skin tissue, decreasing swelling and pain.
Directions: Shake the bottle well before use. Hold 10cms away from the affected area and spray 2-3 times directly onto your skin, or onto your pad. Use morning, noon and at night for best results. 

Perinieum Preparation Balm

A special combination of rich nourishing oils, specifically for the soft delicate perineum, to assist with perineum massage in preparation for birth. This nutrient rich oil has been designed to rub into the perineum which may prevent tearing and minimise damage by helping this skin tissue to stretch and remain supple throughout the last weeks of pregnancy leading up to the birth-day.
Directions: Either you or your partner can apply the balm. You: Apply the balm to your fingers, place one foot up on a chair and insert your fingers into the front of your vagina, with the other hand insert your fingers into the back of your vagina. Pull your hands apart feeling the stretch of your perineum. Hold for 6-10 seconds and release. Repeat 2-4 times, increasing the stretch each time.
Your partner: While you lie back onto pillows your partner should insert his thumbs with balm into your vagina, approx 2cm in. Applying pressure downwards towards the anus, and slowly draw the thumbs outwards and upwards as if a U shape is being made. Repeat 2-4 times increasing the stretch each time.
