All teats are made from pure rubber from the rubber tree Hevea brasiliensi.

The protein that on rare occasions can provoke a latex allergy is removed from the rubber mass used for these teats. This means, that there is no risk of latex allergy when using them.

All teats are CE certified which means, that the product lives up to the European Union (EU) directive in this product area concerned with safety, health and environment.

If you buy a Natursutten Teat, you and your baby avoid:

* Allergy causing substances

* Artificial color

* Cancer causing substances

* Hormone disturbing substances

* Chemical softeners

* Parabens, PVC and phthalates

The teats have passed tests with the result “Sehr Gut” (eng. Very Good) in the acknowledged German magazine Ökotest (eng. Organic Test).

The soft material of the Natursutten Teats have several advantages:

* Follows the natural mouth movements of the baby

* Have shown incredible strength in the “Stretch-test”

* 100% natural

* Environment friendly

The teats are at the same time very hygienic because they are molded in one piece. This means, that there is no joining or crack where dirt and bacteria can accumulate.

The teats will slightly change colour during use. After 4-5 weeks of use, it will have taken a more dark colour, and is about to be exchanged.

The teats should be boiled in water for 2 minutes before using for the first time. Afterwards they must be scalded on a daily basis. (Not in the dishwasher!)
