Complies to safety standard EN 14350-1:2004 and US CPSIA Made in Germany
Shape is Regular Neck, not wide neck which is fantastic because so many plastic bottles are wide neck.
The bottles are 120 ml./4 oz. and comes with a natural rubber teat/nipple size 3-24 months for milk and water. There is a screw thread and a leakproof dust cover. All you need for easy cleaning!
The natural Hevea rubber teats/nipples can be bought separately as 2 packs and fits these bottles.
The difference between the slow flow teat and the medium flow is the size of the hole. It is important that there is a small hole for 0-3 babies so they don’t get too much liquid in one mouthful. The hole in the 3-24 month teat is suitable for this wider age bracket because, as a baby gets bigger, its suck becomes stronger so the baby will get what it needs in each mouthful. The bottle is quite small so it would not be aimed at the larger baby anyway.
The message surrounding the 3-24 month teat is that this would be bought for a 3 month baby but it can still be used as the baby grows. By 24 months, the baby would most likely be drinking from a sippy cup or a tumbler so this would be used in an emergency or for familiarity and comfort over 1 yr of age.
The ventilation valve allows air to enter the bottle while the baby is drinking without the need to break the baby’s suction during feeding. As the company puts it “During drinking, the integrated valve in the nipple flexes to allow air into the bottle to prevent vacuum build up, and vents the air to the back of the bottle”.

Our company name Hevea is from the Latin name for the rubber tree, Hevea Brasiliensis. The natural rubber it produces is the foundation of our product range. Using natural rubber, rather than synthetic rubber made from oil, acts against climate change by increasing the number of trees and cutting back on the use of fossil fuels.
All Hevea packaging is now FSC certified. The FSC trademark on paper is a guarantee that the paper (or timber) comes from a responsibly managed forest, which helps prevent deforestation and degradation. This is important for millions of people who depend on forests for their livelihoods, but of course also for the overall environment.
Hevea pacifiers, teethers and bath toys are made of 100% natural rubber, which is biodegradable, and a sustainable resource. Natural rubber has the ability to be broken down physically and/or chemically by microorganisms – usually requiring exposure to sunlight, air and moisture.
MALAYSIAN RUBBER BOARD
Hevea uses natural rubber tapped in Malaysia and pay a percentage of the raw rubber costs to the Malaysian Rubber board, which in return helps to create a sustainable industry by replanting rubber trees and investing in research & development towards sustaining the viability of the rubber industry in Malaysia.
