* Loyalty Points can only be earned and redeemed with on-line orders. They are not earned or used on phone orders. They are ready to use as soon as your current order has been shipped.

* To redeem your points, follow the simple instructions below.

3 – CLICK ON MY LOYALTY POINTS and it will show your total points available. Just below this table, it says, turn my loyalty points into a voucher. Do THIS.

4 – Now you go shopping ! When you get to the checkout, just underneath the box ENTER DISCOUNT VOUCHER HERE you will see your voucher which you can then enter in the discount code box.

If you ever check your reward points strait after a shop you may not see them yet as they are only activated once your order is SHIPPED.

Order Tracking

How To Track Your Order

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once we ship your parcel, you will receive a second email informing you that your parcel has been shipped. This shipping notification includes your order tracking number.

Track your order status on our website

First: Log into your account.

You can track your order status at any time by selecting ‘my account’ on the top right menu.
Click on “My Account” select ‘order history and details’ to view the shipping tracking and status on your order.   

How to Track Your Parcel 

There are two shipping options to select from: 

Standard – Fastway Couriers 

When you select your parcel to be posted by Standard Post it will be shipped with Fastway Couriers. Once your order has been shipped your will recieve a shipping confirmation email within this email you will receive an parcel tracking number for Fastway.
To track your fastway parcel please visit the Fastway Track and Trace website www.fastway.com.au/1TrackTrace.html

Express Post  & International Orders – Australia Post 

When you select your parcel to be posted by Express Post it will be shipped with Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Within this confirmation you will receive an parcel tracking number for Australia Post.

To track your Australia Post parcel please visit the Australia Post tracking website auspost.com.au/track/

 

Haven’t Received Your Parcel

If you do not receive your parcel try tracking it first in the methods described above. If you require further assistance please phone us on 1300 555 632 or email orders@natureschild.com.au.

We will then contact the company directly and find out where your parcel is for you.

While we no longer offer this option we do have a DIRECT DEBIT payments available which may better suit you if you prefer not to enter your credit card details online. Place your order on line which allows us to capture your shipping details and product choices accurately and then choose pay by DIRECT DEBIT  at the checkout. 

Our bank details for Direct Debit will be shown at the checkout for you so you can proceed with payment.

This way, we still receive your order and shipping details for efficient service. 

CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES BY PHONE: We occasionally have gaps where the office is unattended so if you reach our answering machine, it is best to leave a message in case we need to return your call the next day.
